From a Crazy Idea to Your Favorite Night Out
In 2023, our founder, Jamie Aldrin, had a simple observation: traditional entertainment venues hadn't evolved. Bowling alleys, mini-golf courses, and arcades were still running on the same formulas from the 1990s.
Jamie envisioned a space where physical play meets digital magic — a place where you could putt through a glowing enchanted forest one moment and battle virtual dragons the next. A place that felt like stepping into another world entirely.
After two years of design, technology partnerships, and a lot of testing (someone had to play all 18 holes hundreds of times), monoplaycurrnt.autos opened its doors in Austin, TX — and the rest is history.
