2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. A booking confirmation email will be sent within 2 hours of submission. Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Payment is collected at check-in unless otherwise arranged for group events. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled experience receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.

4. Safety & Conduct

All guests must follow safety guidelines provided by our staff. Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused service. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

VR experiences have specific age recommendations. Our staff will provide a safety briefing before each VR session. Guests experiencing discomfort during VR should notify staff immediately.

5. Liability

monoplaycurrnt.autos takes reasonable precautions to ensure guest safety. However, participation in physical activities (mini-golf) and virtual reality experiences is at your own risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

6. Photography & Media

Photography and video recording for personal use is encouraged! By entering our venue, you consent to being photographed or recorded for our marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform our staff.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including design, logos, text, images, and interactive elements — is the property of monoplaycurrnt.autos and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
