Do I need to book in advance?
While walk-ins are welcome (subject to availability), we strongly recommend booking online to guarantee your preferred time slot, especially on weekends and holidays.
What ages are appropriate for your experiences?
Mini-golf is suitable for all ages! For VR experiences, we recommend ages 8+ for most worlds. Some VR worlds (like Neon City 2099) are designed for ages 14+. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long do experiences typically last?
Mini-golf takes about 60–90 minutes for the full 18-hole course. VR experiences range from 25–40 minutes depending on the world. Combo packages are approximately 2–3 hours including lounge time.
Is VR safe? Can it cause motion sickness?
Our VR systems use the latest technology with smooth frame rates to minimize discomfort. However, some people may experience mild motion sensitivity. We offer a brief orientation, and our staff can adjust settings for comfort. You can take breaks at any time.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes! Our venue is fully ADA compliant. The mini-golf course features wide pathways suitable for wheelchairs. VR experiences can be adapted for seated play. Service animals are welcome. Please let us know about any specific needs when booking.
Can I host a birthday party or corporate event?

Is there food and drinks available?
Yes! Our lounge bar offers craft cocktails, local beers, soft drinks, and a snack menu. Combo packages include 2 complimentary drinks per person. Full catering is available for group events.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full amount.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have a free parking lot adjacent to the venue with 60+ spaces. Street parking is also available. We're located near public transit — the closest bus stop is a 2-minute walk.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you're comfortable in! Closed-toe shoes are recommended for the mini-golf course. For VR, comfortable clothing that allows free movement works best. We provide all necessary VR gear.
